
President Tinubu Celebrates Kehinde Bamigbetan at 60
Lagos, Nigeria – President Bola Tinubu has extended his warmest congratulations to Kehinde Bamigbetan, former Commissioner of Information and chairman of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Lagos State, as he marks his 60th birthday on March 30.
In a statement signed by Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu lauded Bamigbetan’s notable achievements and contributions to journalism, governance, and community development.
The President highlighted Bamigbetan’s unwavering commitment to grassroots development, particularly through his media platform, Echonews, which has served as a bridge between the government and the people by promoting inclusivity and fostering mutual understanding.
Recognizing his extensive career in public service, President Tinubu praised Bamigbetan’s tenure as the chairman and vice chairman of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, as well as his roles as chief press secretary and special adviser to the Minister of Solid Minerals Development.
