Two Internet Fraudsters popularly called “Yahoo Yahoo Boiz” have been sentenced to nine months imprisonment.
The convicts were jailed for been in possession of fraudulent documents by a Special Offences Court in Ikeja, Lagos.
The fraudsters, Olugbenga Orekoya and Samson Adeoye were arraigned in a separate charges by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, before Justice Mojisola Dada.
According to the anti graft agency, the fraudsters were arrested in different locations in the state with incriminating evidences which show that they bear female name to dupe foreign nationals.

Orekoya and Adeoye pleaded guilty to a count charge level against them.
Justice Dada however granted the convicts an option of two hundred and fifty thousand naira (N250,000) fine as a substitute to the imprisonment.
The judge also ordered the forfeiture of items recovered from the convicts during their arrest to Federal Government.
The items were Toyota Camry 2018model, Lexus RX 350, iPhone X max, Hp and Apple Laptop, Reuters Modem’s and a gold hand chain.
