The suspended Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Calabar, UNICAL, Professor Cyril Ndifon, who is accused of sexual assault, is to be arraigned by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC for alleged corruption.
