Lagos Judiciary Rolls Out Plan For New Legal Year

The Lagos State Judiciary says all is now set for the grand opening of the 2022/2023 New Legal Year.

Lagos State Chief Judge, Justice Kazeem Alogba, disclosed this in a message signed by the Deputy Director, Public Affairs, Lagos State Judiciary, Ololade Ige, on Friday, September 2.

The Chief Judge, in the message, calls on stakeholders in the judiciary and the general public to join Honourable Judges across the state judicial divisions and the entire Staff of the state judiciary in celebrating another legal calendar in the State.

The Office of the Chief Judge also requested the media, which it described as a credible and dependable partner of the state judiciary to give the celebration a total coverage.

Part of the activities for the ceremony is a Mosque and Church Service, scheduled for Monday, September 26th, at the Eko Central Mosque, Nnamdi Azikiwe Street, and Cathedral Church Of Christ, Marina, Lagos by 10:00am, and an Inspection of the Ceremonial Guard of Honour by the State’s Chief Legal Officer at the Main Arena, Tafawa Balewa Square, TBS, Lagos.
