Court Issues Bench Warrant Against Actress Estranged Husband
An Ogba Magistrates’ Court, Lagos, has declared the estranged husband to an actress, Ronke Odusanya, and the father of her child, Olarenwaju Saheed, popularly known as Jago wanted.
The trial Magistrate, Ms. M. O. Tanimola, declared Jago wanted after issuing a bench warrant against him over his absence to appear in court over their daughter’s custody.
Jago had on the 10th of February, 2021, requested a DNA test of their daughter to determine paternity before carrying on with proceedings.
A request which was granted by the court while mandating both parties to present themselves for sample collection.

Magistrate Tanimola further ordered Jago to pay for the DNA test.
However, Jago defiled the order as he refused to show up for the test, thereby delaying the court process.
The proceedings has suffer series of set back at the instance of Jago which makes the court to issue a bench warrant against him.
Trouble started after two years of welcoming their daughter named Fifehunmi, over a messy paternity scandal.
